I am very happy to photograph macro and have invested in an AF-S Micro 60mm f / 2.8 lens and a good tripod - Velbon VS-443D - which does not weigh much and is very suitable for special macro photography (see my review here). It is one thing to photograph 3 way wiring diagram insects and flowers in open countryside at either the available daylight or using an external flash, and another thing is to photograph for example. coins, stamps, jewelry 3 way wiring diagram and other small objects 3 way wiring diagram inside, where the normal light sources (lamps etc) are not really suitable and it's hard to get a uniform lighting coverage using an external flash that can not really 3 way wiring diagram evenly distribute the light as the camera or Lens covers the subject. Here it is smart to use a so-called "Ring of Light" with constant part of light, and I've tested Micnova RING48 Macro LED Ring Light for kr. 575 incl. VAT.
The box containing the ring light unit with 48 LED units, 3 way wiring diagram 6 adapter ring for lens mounting, a power connector and a "power controller" (I can not find a Danish word for this unit). You can put 2 pieces. AA Alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries power the controller or it can be connected to a standard wall outlet. 3 way wiring diagram Ring48 device is also connected to the power controller. There are approximately 1.5 hours of continuous light when using rechargeable batteries. Manufacturers o indicates that uses standard AA batteries, so will the operating time becomes shorter and the light slightly weaker. The weight is 165 grams.
Here I have mounted RING48 on my D800 and located "power adapter" 3 way wiring diagram in the hot shoe. Power is supplied by two batteries 3 way wiring diagram in power adapter. I used an 62mm adapter ring from the set of six rings that cover thread sizes: 49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67 mm. RING48 give a cold blue light (5500K - 6500K), so it's a good idea to shoot in RAW, so the white balance can be adjusted subsequently. Alternatively, set the white balance manually 3 way wiring diagram in the camera and you can then shoot in JPG. The effective 3 way wiring diagram distance is from 3 cm to 100 cm, and thus RING48 can also be used as a light source in video within 1 meter. I chose to photograph a coin on a white tabletop, as this would result in difficult reflex and gene cheek conditions. But RING48 did it amazingly well, and there were only a little adjustment after the operation before it was great. Afterwards, there was my watch trip and sapphire glass reflects everything, but it went well. It was some quick "snapshot", but now there really is experimenting with ring light and macro photography.
