Goodwood - In the event Goodwood Festival of Speed, Aston Martin, formally introduced the concept of the digital car Design Prototype (DP) 100 Vision Gran Turismo. As the name implies, this car is a virtual car created for the video game Gran Turismo 6.
Design Dp-100 itself has the form of a radical break with all Aston Martin line-up today. This car comes with the aerodynamic silhouette with a big glass, LED lights are very futuristic, scissor doors, and large locking center made of carbon fiber into the final touch to the look of this car.
For mechanical heart, this car is equipped with central engine V12 twin turbocharged power that can blow up to 800 horsepower. But unfortunately martin lighting the Aston Martin is not showing the full specifications of this car, but the British manufacturer was promising enough car with outstanding performance. Thus was launched Leftlanenews, Monday (06/30/2014).
For game lovers GT6 can download this car starting next month, but the Aston Martin does not imply this model will go into production in the near future. But the British manufacturer suggests future super car Aston Martin possibility could use a virtual car design cues from this.
"Many of the design cues are evident in the DP-100, such as a light blade rear lights, and motioned to the future sports car in the real world so that the importance of this project should not be underestimated," said Marek Reichman, Aston Martin's Design Director. (Ian)
